How did you integrate technologies, software, hardware and online in this project?

In “See the light” I have worked with various new technologies and equipment that I wasn’t familiar with before this film. It was crucial however to use these to make the colour and lighting stand out in scenes and to enhance the intense atmosphere of the story. For instance, we had the privilege to use a professional camera, the Sony Alpha A7 iii, which increased the quality of each frame providing a clearer, more cinematic look. Moreover, we used several equipments like a tripod, when filming the ballet dancers, and a steadicam, during the scene of Aria walking in town and inside the theatre, to help the camera be more stabilised while filming. During the post-production the DaVinci Resolve system software was used which made it easier to edit the colour of the movie and the sound to make it cohesive with the film.
